There are two voices inside you! One urges you down a trodden path, it leads you to places already travelled, places familiar to your habits. The other path is the path less trodden, it is mysterious and unknown to you, it will awaken your senses, you will need to trust more than just your mind to navigate this path. A times you will be lost and confused this of course is part of it and other occasions you will find yourself in places and situations beyond your imagines this to is part of the unknown path that is available to all and yet trodden by few, why?

'When we know better we do better...Learn more with MBT' Read more... Book here

There are many contributing factors all of which play there part in their own way, fear, habit, domestication, creature comforts, sensory numbing, diet, lifestyle and sometimes simply being afraid of stepping into our power, wanting to know the how, when the how is none of business! The path is unknown, the how sheds light and makes it known, we can only know it by being it not by knowing it.
Yoga states yoga is achieved when the knowing, the knower and the known become the same thing. Sit with that and allow yourself a treat as you digest it.
This workshop intends to explore the unknown facets of life that call to our wild side, the side we sometimes like to pretend no longer exists as our domestication reaches new heights, but there is indeed a wild nature to all of us, only we are pretending that we are not.
I therefore invite you to this curios exploration into the unknown simply Wild side of life, you can’t prepare for this, but you can allow your mind to relax and open so that the Wild side of you can step forth and do whatever it is it has been yearning to do and be.

Wild love to you all.
